Why Does Made-to-Order Dancewear Take Longer than Other Orders?

When your order a piece of made-to-order dancewear, it will take a little longer to dispatch than those items we hold on the shelf. This is because your dancewear has to go through several stages in order to be created before it can be delivered:

  Your order is received by our dedicated customer service team.
  It is passed to the manufacturing team where it joins the manufacturing queue. See above for current estimated delivery times.
  When your order reaches the front of the queue it’s picked up by our cutting team. They carefully cut the components of your made-to-order item in your chosen fabric and style.
 

These components are passed to our assembling team who work with sewing machines to put together your made-to-order dancewear.
  Finally, your order is packed and passed to our warehouse team who arrange dispatch.
