Orders are delivered by 1st Class post or courier service for large orders. We do our best to despatch orders made before 3:00pm on the same day subject to stock availability. Our Simple Returns Policy
You can return any unused items in a resalable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 21 days of the invoice date. The easiest way to return an item is to download and print our simple returns form, and send it back to us with the item you wish to return.

We recommend you return your item by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or mislaid parcels.
