Terms & Conditions
All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate (or net prices outside the EEC). A VAT breakdown is provided at the checkout and on the invoice sent with your order.
We do not charge VAT for the Channel Islands but please ensure the correct country is selected when placing your order otherwise VAT will be charged.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Goods remain the property of Dance Gear Direct until payment is received in full. We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Delta and Visa Electron. We also accept Postal Orders and Cheques.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return any unused items in a resalable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange. All faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. All refunds are for goods only.

Cost of returning goods is to be paid by the customer. We recommend you return your goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery, as we accept no responsibility for mislaid or undelivered parcels. Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered. All goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
We are able to offer one free exchange where a different size or colour of the same item is requested (this excludes Dance Gear Garments from the Customise This! and Combo This! range – see below for details). We can offer further exchanges but we will charge postage and packaging at our normal rate.
To ensure quick delivery, customers can place a new order if alternative goods are required and return the original goods to us for a refund.
Dance Gear Garments purchased from our Customise This! range must be exchanged for the same item in the same fabric in order to qualify for a free exchange. A different colour or size may be chosen.
Dance Gear Garments purchased from our Combo This! range (in two or more fabrics or colours) must be exchanged for the same item in the same fabric and colours to qualify for a free exchange. A different size may be chosen.
All refunds are for goods only. Postage is non-refundable. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible but please note that this can take up to seven working days.
Dance Gear Direct’s returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
NON COLLECTION OF DELIVERED GOODS
If goods are returned to us by any courier due to non-collection from the delivery centre, postage will be re-charged at the original rate.
In the event that we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we will endeavour to dispatch this item to you as soon as possible. Should the delivery of goods not be possible within 30 days, we will contact you to offer you an alternative product or a full refund.
All our online transactions are fully secured, encrypted and use Secure Certificates to ensure all customer data is transmitted safely.
We adhere to strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive data such as customer credit cards or contact details.
Our customer service team do not have access to full payment details.
